"This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 11 of the Show Me Nutrition Fifth Grade curriculum. There are obvious and less obvious reasons for why we eat. This newsletter provides some insight on how to be aware of when and why we eat and how to be conscience of our actions. A chart is included to help youths keep track of when they eat and what they were doing at the time. Were they bored? Anxious?
