Abstract
"An insurance audit determined that therapy orders are difficult to locate in Powerchart. Therapy does not use Cerner Scheduling and is unable to link the therapy referral to the therapy visit. Therapy created a work around to add the physician's visit number in Therapy Source so there is a 'link' back to the original order. Therapy is at risk for a compliance issue if they are unable to locate the order."--Background.
