To determine the potential need for farm machinery in Missouri Economic Area 8, with costs per unit of use maintained at reasonable levels. 2. To outline systems of individual and cooperative ownership that will help farm operators to provide themselves with modern machinery at reasonable costs. 3. To set up guides for determining the most advantageous types of farm machinery ownership to use on individual farms. 4. To establish lower costs for use of farm machinery, and to use these data as a basis for recommending custom rates in Missouri Economic Area 8."--Page 3.
