"This study was undertaken with the general purpose of determining the rate of progress made by farmers cooperating in the Balanced Farming Program. Specific objectives of the study were: 1. To determine general and specific information pertaining to the planning and establishment of Balanced Farming Plans on the individual cooperative farms. 2. To develop and apply criteria for measuring the rate of progress made by Individual farm cooperators who have In the past, or are still actively participating In the Balanced Farming Program. 3.
