Abstract
"Improve critical thinking skills in the Emergency Department regarding nursing care of trauma patients. Increase trauma test performance from 50 percent to 80 percent by 11/1/2017 through utilization of a trauma training curriculum. Increase the confidence level of nurses regarding care of the trauma patient. Confidence level ascertained through nursing self-assessment via a Likert scale. Goal is to improve self-assessment ratings to an average of 4 (Agree) by 11/1/2017."--Aim statement.
