Abstract

"To ensure that 90 percent of patients that have a urinary catheter discontinued will have a bladder scan completed within 6-8 hours post removal either post void or if no void, through electronic health record (EHR) task, audit, reward and education by April 30th, 2016. Education is done on the in and out algorithm."--Aim statement.
