Preferred Hospice is a Missouri-based hospice agency or “comfort care” that is offered to all terminally ill patients whom, according to a doctor, have a life expectancy of six months or less. Preferred Hospice has six offices all in Missouri: Ozark, St. Louis, Columbia, Dexter, Farmington, and Lexington. Each location serves many counties and are all a one hour radius from them.
